A very good dentists. The team are friendly and make the experience as comfortable as possible. They are straight talking, and you feel that your preference to how you would like to manage your care is respected. Overall, you are happy to be booking your next appointment at the end of your visit. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Without hesitation the best Practice in the area. A welcoming environment with friendly staff and a quality service. Natalie and her team provide a 5* professional experience from initial booking to after care. I would highly recommend Quay Dental surgery for any orthodontic treatment.

Such a lovely kind and professional team. Even having a filling here is a pleasant experience, and that’s coming from someone who used to be a very nervous patient…!

Shocking, so rude and unprofessional. The receptionist and practice manager should not be working with people. Avoid at all costs.

I am half way through getting a crown fitted but have had some problems with the temporary crown. I was disappointed about this and the pain I suffered. Natalie has ensured myself that she will fit the permanent crown quickly as the temporary one was so troublesome. I quite like Natalie as a dentist but she needs to tackle the administrative side of her business which can be confusing to the patient. Thanks for my crown,Natalie.

I recently moved to Quay Dental from another practice in town and I’m so pleased I have. Vicky, on reception is really welcoming and helpful and Natalie is lovely, very friendly and reassuring! I can’t recommend highly enough!

The reception are so rude because I didn’t visit them in lock down the refuse to put me as a existing patient (2 years) which meant I had to re register and pay new patient costs I told reception because of their rudeness I won’t be coming back

Fantastic experience every time thanks to delightful team at quay dental I never liked dentists until I met Natalie - I’m looking forward to each visit now She did my veneers two years ago and I’m absolutely thrilled with them Highly recommended practice Thank you ☺️

Great bunch of staff. Friendly, professional and a very good experience all round.

My son and I recently had appointments with Dr Lake. She is incredibly good with children, working around my 10 year old's fear of the dentist and considerable gag reflex. She identified a longstanding issue with my bite by understanding symptoms like headaches and pain in my jaw and neck and subsequent treatment included reprofiling and botox therapy. The reduction in my symptoms was almost instant; the following morning was the first in years that I had not woken up with a headache. Dr Lake was aided by some rather spectacular tech that pinpointed hot spots and helped to target the areas that required it. I understand that there will be further fine tuning to do, but my life has already been improved immeasurably and I am so incredibly grateful to have found such a kind but knowledgeable and professional dentist with such a passion for proactive dentistry. It is refreshing to know that this surgery is passionate about addressing the root cause of symptoms, rather than simply fire-fighting when something goes wrong.
