Due to high demand for appointments, the practice enforces a policy regarding missed appointments. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment.

Cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full appointment cost.
