Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand for appointments, the practice is having to enforce our policy regarding missed appointments. We require a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
Cancellation Fees
Cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge.
Less than 24 hours notice will incur the full appointment cost.
